Constitution
We hate control freaks, but we recognise that for a group like ours to work there have to be Rules.
This constitution is designed to be as open and transparent as possible. At its heart, it allows for: regular, open meetings; a steering Committee that serves as a sort of nervecentre; as many Working Groups as residents want, each focused on a subject that is dear to the hearts of those involved; and the ability to boot any incompetent/tedious/dishonest people off the Committee.
